<p>As I mentioned in the Q&amp;A, I think its important for brands to be active on Google plus.</p>
<p>As a user I use it more as a bookmarking site than for posting/updating purposes. Unlike Facebook where you can not see all the sites/articles you &#8216;Like&#8217;d. Google plus allows you to see all the &#8216;+1&#8242;s&#8217; you&#8217;ve made and share/recommend those to your friends when they search on Google.</p>

<p>I had been wondering on how local businesses/individuals communicated a sudden short term vacancy with candidates in real-time. Say you run a coffee shop and suddenly you need an extra pair of hands or you manage a pub and need staff asap? Now there could be relevant candidates nearby who might have few spare hours and could help you out and make some money, but there was no way for each of you to communicate effectively.</p>
<p>Also with the current state of the economy small businesses would prefer to employ people on a more flexible basis as and when they need someone rather than engaging people on a fixed term contract. This led to creation on <strong><a title="WorkAroundme" href="http://workaround.me/" target="_blank">WorkAround.me</a></strong> &#8211;  a real-time location-based recruitment app, for casual jobs.</p>
<p>The work begin late last summer and quiet happy with the final product. It has a very simple and clean interface. The <a title="workaroundme-screenshots" href="http://workaround.me/screenshots.html" target="_blank">screenshots</a> give you a better idea.</p>
<p>WorkAround.me’s unique self-service allows one to register as a candidate or as an employer. The aim is simple &#8211; to help connect local candidates and employes in real time.</p>
<p>I think small business, charities, freelancers and students will find it useful. WorkAround.me is free iOS app, available through the <a title="WorkAroundme AppStore" href="http://itunes.apple.com/app/workaround/id497681702" target="_blank">App Store</a>, please download it and let me know your thoughts.</p>

More facination are his explorations to Antartica and running marathons around the world and gruelling cross-country endurance races.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s just a small vending machine and the coffee is no where..close to what you get in Canada. Infact  it Sucks&#8230;Oh and no timbits! :-(</p>
